Frequently Asked Q & A
Lawn & Dance Floor Installation Expectations
Our installation methods are designed to minimize impact whenever possible; however, temporary changes to your lawn or landscaping may occur as a result of event equipment.

Dance Floor Installations
Dance floors installed directly on grass, particularly in full sun, may cause temporary discoloration due to restricted sunlight and airflow.
Dance floors installed beneath a non-clear top tent typically result in less discoloration than the surrounding lawn, which often experiences normal wear from guest foot traffic.

For the safety of your guests and the protection of our rental inventory, dance floors cannot be installed on the following surfaces or under the following conditions:
  • Gravel parking lots or loose aggregate surfaces.
  • Outdoor applications without overhead tent coverage during inclement weather.
  • Areas with active sprinklers, standing water, saturated ground, or excessive moisture.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure all irrigation systems are turned off prior to installation and throughout the rental period. Exposure to sprinkler systems or excessive moisture may result in damage to the dance floor and replacement or repair charges may apply.

Replacement Cost per Panel: $800-$1,000.00
