As a second-party provider, we do have some limitations in how we deliver our services to best meet all your linen needs.
All Linen Orders Must be Placed 2 Weeks Prior to Event Date to ensure proper shipping
Return of Linen: We request client(s)to place all used dry napkins/tablecloths in Linen Bag(s) provided.
We encourage our clients to count their inventory to avoid any missing item charges down the road.
Damages include Candle Wax, Burn Holes, Tears, ect. Replacement Costs dependent on Linen Style and Size
* ALL Final linen charges come from 3rd Party Company
Please allow up to 2 weeks for any replacement costs associated with any damages or missing items
Missing or Unreturned Linen Bags will be charged $59.00 per
