All of our tents are staked for high wind loads. Site inspection is required prior to install. All tents are installed and removed by our experienced staff only. Stakes are driven approximately 3 feet deep every 10 feet to ensure proper anchoring. Clients are responsible to have tent perimeter marked or flagged before Montana 811 inspection. Free delivery is provided for all jobs within the Flathead Valley, provided there is adequate truck and trailer access. |

Clients must use a distinctive spray paint color or white flags to designate tent location(s) to include an additional 25' from all directions of the tent perimeter.
The Party Store will arrange for Montana 811 to conduct a complimentary underground utility assessment 1 week prior to event date to ensure that tent staking does not disrupt any underground utilities.
If the tent location is relocated after this free assessment has been completed, a service fee will be applied.

Tent Walls (Clear or Solid) April-September can be added on at $5.25 per foot
Tent Walls (Clear or Solid) October 15 - March 31 can be added on at $10.50 per foot
